1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 21,652,180 and KRW 13,462,50 among them, from April 22, 2017 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for claims and the changed grounds for claims shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the “creditor” is deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” is deemed to be the “Defendant”). 2. A judgment by service based on the grounds by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
