1. The defendant

(a) Of the two floors of the real estate listed in the separate sheet, each point is indicated in the separate sheet No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.

Reasons

1. Claim for delivery of a building on the ground that a lease agreement (a lease deposit of KRW 5,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 320,000) dated December 10, 201 (a lease deposit of KRW 5,000, monthly rent of KRW 320,00) was terminated due to the Defendant’s delinquency in rent, and claim for unpaid public charges and unjust enrichment equivalent

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act of the judgment by publication.
