1. The Defendant delivers to the Plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and deliver the building from May 24, 2018 to the Plaintiff.
1. The Plaintiff, on May 8, 2017, leased the building indicated in the attached list to the Defendant by the period of May 24, 2019, with the lease deposit of KRW 5 million, monthly rent of KRW 375,00, and the lease period of KRW 375,00.
However, the defendant paid only the rent until May 23, 2018, and did not pay the rent thereafter.
Therefore, the plaintiff terminated the lease contract through the delivery of the copy of the complaint, and seek the delivery of the above building and the return of the unpaid rent or unjust enrichment.
