Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of four months of imprisonment for embezzlement at the Gangnam Branch Branch of the Chuncheon District Court on March 10, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 10, 2012, and is the real representative of C in the first floor of B in the same year.

The Defendant is working in the foregoing workplace from January 25, 201 to March 17, 2011.

The retirement D's wage of 665,00 won in February 201, as well as 665,00 won in the attached list, did not pay each retirement worker within 14 days from the date of each retirement, which is the date on which the cause for payment occurred, without agreement between the parties to the extension of 5,348,800 won in total, as stated in the attached list.

1. It is so decided as per Disposition for not less than Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act.
