A. On January 8, 2016, the Plaintiff leased KRW 400,000,00 to Defendant A for interest rate of KRW 2% (a total of KRW 16,000,000 on the loan date) and on March 7, 2016. In this case, Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D jointly and severally guaranteed the Defendant A’s obligation to borrow money.

Accordingly, on January 11, 2016, the Plaintiff transferred KRW 400,000 to Defendant A.

B. However, Defendant A did not repay the loan and agreed interest up to now.

Therefore, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay the Plaintiff the above loans of KRW 400,000,000 and damages for delay calculated by the rate of KRW 2% per month from March 8, 2016 to the date of full payment.
