1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 30 million and 12% per annum from June 6, 2006 to June 30, 2016.
Comprehensively taking account of the purport of Gap evidence 1 and 2 and all the arguments, the plaintiff set the amount of KRW 30 million to D at the interest rate of 12% per annum under the defendants' joint and several sureties's joint and several sureties, and thereafter D was unable to pay the above money, and D agreed on June 5, 2006 to pay interest calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 6, 2006 to the plaintiff by June 5, 2008. On the same day, the defendants can be recognized as joint and several sureties's joint and several sureties's debt.
As a joint and several surety of D, the Defendants are obligated to pay to the Plaintiff interest or delay damages calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 6, 2006 to June 30, 2016, the delivery date of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment.
