1. The Defendant is at the rate of 15% per annum from November 14, 2015 to the date of full payment for the Plaintiff’s KRW 20 million.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim: On July 16, 2009, the Plaintiff lent to the Defendant the amount of KRW 3 million (on November 30, 2009), KRW 3 million on November 5, 2009 (on January 5, 2010), KRW 5 million on April 5, 2010 (on June 26, 2010), and KRW 10 million on October 25, 2010 (on February 28, 2011).
As the defendant is unable to repay the above borrowed money, the plaintiff sought the payment of the above borrowed money and the damages for delay.
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
