On August 17, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor due to robbery in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on August 17, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence in Daegu Prison on May 3, 2016.

1. At around 05:00 on December 24, 2016, the Defendant attempted quasi-Robbery: (a) committed an assault by the victim D (the victim D, 55 years old) in Gumi-si; (b) with the intent to steals money and valuables; (c) with the opening of an indoor guest room; (d) without the search of stolen things; and (e) with the view to continuously opening the window of the Mour Information Center, the Defendant was aware of the victim’s face by hand; and (c) with the victim’s face by drinking biffing 2 times with the victim’s face; and (d) with the victim’s bridge walking once.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's structure at night to steal property, and assaulted the victim for the purpose of evading arrest.

[The last sentence of Paragraph 1 of the facts charged is that the defendant assaulted the victim for the purpose of taking away the victim's property and evading arrest.

Although stated only as ", in light of the content of the relevant crime and the composition requirements of the applicable legal provisions, the facts constituting the crime shall be corrected and stated as above."

2. The Defendant, at around 03:30 on May 4, 2017, was engaged in robbery with the intent to forcibly take money and valuables at the convenience store “H” operated by the SimsiF (the age of 43) and with the intent to calculate the 10,000 won lacing one bottle, which is a dangerous thing for the victim to calculate the value of beer, by making the victim a beer and beer with three times the head of the victim to take three times his/her head with his/her left hand, 12 times his/her face with his/her left hand, walking the body of the victim one time with his/her body, the victim’s head with his/her hair in his/her continuous use on the floor, and the victim’s face with his/her face being 25,000 square meters (the total length of 25,000).
