Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
Although a person who intends to operate a sports facility business is equipped with the facility and reported to the head of the Si/Gun/Gu, the defendant received approximately KRW 250,000 per month from around December 23, 2012 to May 31, 2013 the tuition fees from approximately 250 students in the "C Insignian" located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan to receive approximately KRW 60,000 per month and operated the sports facility business.
Summary of Evidence
1. Police suspect interrogation protocol of the accused;
