【Criminal Power】 On March 23, 2017, the Defendant sentenced ten months to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Daegu District Court on March 23, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on November 12, 2017.
Around September 21, 2018, the Defendant discovered D patrol cars used in the said district zone located in the front of the Daegu Suwon-gu C District District, which is located in the C District, on September 7, 2018, and caused the said patrol car to be used in the vicinity of the said patrol car by using cement stones in the vicinity of the said patrol car on the ground that the Defendant would want to go to a prison, and caused the said patrol car to be damaged by 412,200 won, which are goods used by public offices.
Around 19:20 on December 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 19:20 on December 27, 2018, the Defendant 201: (b) was working as if he would pay the taxi fare; and (c) was boarding a F taxi driven by the victim E and had the victim operate the said taxi to the road near the mountain circulation road located in the same Gu on the same day at around 19:50 on the same day.
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to pay taxi expenses from the beginning because he did not have any cash or any available card.
Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, acquired the pecuniary benefits equivalent to 12,000 won of taxi fee.
