Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the representative of C Co., Ltd. who operates a printing company by installing a printing machine of 222 miles, which is a noise emission facility, in Seoul Jung-gu.
From March 2006 to August 26, 2013, the Defendant, without obtaining permission for the installation of noise emission facilities, carried out a printing business that sets up an average of 50 million won per month and an average of 6 billion won per year by 29 employees, on a factory of approximately 973m2 in the same place as a residential area, 5m2 (73m2) printing machines, which are noise emission facilities, 1 copy of printing machines, 75m2 (10m2), 1 copy of printing machines, and 37m2 (49m2) printing machines.
