A. On April 1, 2019, the Plaintiff contracted with the Defendant for the construction cost of KRW 75,90,000 for the installation of the oxygen storage facility for C Hospital, and the same year.

7.1. The Defendant received an additional contract from the Defendant for the construction work of 4,400,000 won of the construction cost, and the progress payment was agreed to pay the 10th day and 25th day of each month at the time of the above construction work.

B. The Plaintiff completed each of the above construction around July 8, 2019.

According to the above facts of determination as to the cause of the claim, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the total amount of 80,30,000 won for each of the above construction costs (i.e., KRW 75,90,000) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from March 25, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the date of payment of the complaint filed by the plaintiff.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
