Punishment of the crime
On July 20, 2016, at around 20:40, the Defendant driven the volume of B Ethp car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.110% at a section of about 15 km in front of the road located in the same Si, Gongdo Eup and Myeon, from the successful company within the 15th city co-operation complex street.
