On September 19, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle around 09:15, driving the C T-gu motor vehicle in a section of about 2 km from the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Gangseo-gu to about 532-ro, Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu.
