1. The defendant on February 24, 2009, as to the real estate stated in the attached list to the plaintiff by the Seoul Eastern District Court.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(A) On July 28, 2015, the Plaintiff deposited a maximum debt amount of KRW 120 million with the Defendant as a depositee, thereby repaying the said secured debt. (2) On July 28, 2015, the lower court rendered a judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
