1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 36,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 8, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

A judgment made by public notice on February 29, 2008 by the Plaintiff to demand the return of the claim amounting to KRW 10 million to the Defendant on June 12, 2008, KRW 10 million on July 3, 2008, KRW 3 million on July 3, 2008, KRW 3 million on August 1, 2008, KRW 36 million on August 22, 2008, KRW 36 million on August 2, 2008: by public notice: Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act;
