A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
Punishment of the crime
On June 22, 2006, the Defendant was subject to a disposition to protect a juvenile by larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court, and on November 19, 2008, the Daejeon High Court sentenced a fine of KRW 100,000 to a fine for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, etc. on November 27, 2008, which became final and conclusive on November 27, 2008, and completed the execution of the sentence on May 20, 201. 1. Habitual theft;
A. At around 10:00 on May 16, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed theft of KRW 1,000 in a lecture room of the Chungcheong University, Chungcheongnam-si, Cheongju-si, with one student card, two card, one credit card, and 50,000 in cash, owned by the victim C.
B. On October 28, 2014, at around 23:00, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by taking away a cell phone (gallon 2) with the market value of KRW 50,000,000 in the victim G on the 2nd E-II in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) one bank BC card (H); (c) one new bank card; and (d) one home-pluger card.
C. At around 22:30 on November 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) 11, 2014; (b) 1,000 won in the market value, Samsung Credit Card (J); and (c) 1,000 won in Samsung Credit Card (J); and (d) 1,000 won in cash, and alien registration certificates were stolen between the Defendant and the Defendant, by leaving a room on the shopping car box by the victim I; and (b) 1,000 won in the market value; and (c) 1,000 won in cash.
On December 29, 2014, at around 13:00 on December 29, 2014, the Defendant stolen a gallon judo S3 mobile phone owned by the victim K, a new card (L), a lotl card (M), a new bank security card, and a home plug accumulation card.
E. At around 17:50 on March 12, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 516 of an O hospital located in Suwon-si N, Suwon-si L; (b) gallonian 31 gallonian jute, owned by the Victim P.
