The defendant is a person who operates the Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D or the second floor "E singing."
On August 10, 2017, the Defendant infringed on the copyright of music, which the Korea Music Copyright Association entrusted by copyright holders, by allowing customers to create a large number of grains, such as Fisher and Fisher's "G," without obtaining permission from copyright holders, at the above businesses, on August 10, 2017.
