The defendant is the Korean Public Official Workers' Union B.

On March 28, 2015, the “Joint Headquarters for the Strengthening of Public Pension” held the “Resolution for the Strengthening of National Pension and the Public Official Pension Modance Resolution” at the Hando Park Culture Center located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul. At the same place, the participants reported outdoor assemblies to the front of the National Bank of Korea, which is located in 13 as Seoul, at the same time.

From around 16:45 to 17:10 on March 28, 2015, approximately 60,000 participants held the National Pension Service and the Public Official Mambling Resolution Resolution Committee as above, and they occupied the entire lane by leaving the reported place by approximately KRW 3,500 of the number of the public official union union members of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, and moving away from the reported place to the GaG Committee located in Yeongdeungpo-do, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, to the outside of the relief, such as “the National Pension Service Reinforcementp,” and “the number of the public official's Mambk kbsk.”

The defendant left approximately 3,500 places reported together with approximately 3,50 persons as above, and occupied the area to the left side of the LG Committee before it, thereby obstructing the traffic of the road in collusion with the above participants.
