1. Defendant A

A. A. On March 21, 2020, the Defendant was driving a motor vehicle with a f highest alcohol level of 0.120% under the influence of alcohol at the section of approximately 0.9km from the street in front of the D restaurant incheon-si C to the roads in front of 0.9km E.

Accordingly, the suspect violated the prohibition of drinking driving more than twice.

B. At around 21:00 on March 13, 2020, the Defendant: (a) sent a traffic accident under the direction of the right side of the H-learning motor vehicle that was parked on the street in Ycheon-si, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a), while driving a drinking car, and (b) sent a phone call to B, who is the subject of criminal punishment, to the effect that “the police officer sent an accident of drinking and driving on behalf of others; (c) told B to make a false statement as he driven by B; and (d) led B to the police officer to make a false statement; (c) sent B to the scene of the accident after receiving a 112 report, and sent it to the police officer of the Gyeongcheon-gu Police Station, which belongs to the police box of the police station I who is investigating the accident to the effect that “A traffic accident was sent.”
