(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Public Notice) provides that the amount of consolation money shall be 15,00,000 won, taking into account all the circumstances such as the contents and duration of the unlawful act by the defendant and C, the marriage period and family relationship of the plaintiff and C, the influence of the defendant's unlawful act on the plaintiff's common life of the married couple.
