On January 20, 2016, around 09:10, the Defendant was on board the train No. 407 of the Seoul Jin-ju KX 407, as if he purchased legitimate boarding passes from the Han River of Yongsan-gu, Seoul.

However, in fact, the Defendant did not purchase legitimate tickets, and there was no intention or ability to pay the fare because there was no money in the process.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims of Korean Railroad construction, was relieved of the payment of the fare of 15,700 won on board the train.
