The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly adopted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the judgment, the court below was just in finding the Defendant guilty of the violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, the violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act by Special Force), and the violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, and the violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes on the Grounds in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
