Punishment of the crime

Around September 26, 2019, the Defendant posted a letter to the Daejeon Dong-gu, Daejeon, the Defendant’s residence, that read, “The Victim L seeks 7-day key summary of the nurse State’s notice,” and “The Victim L seeks 7-day key summary of the nurse State’s notice,” which is the Internet nurse preparation meeting site,” and the Defendant sent the book to the Victim without the intent or ability to sell the book, and “on the basis of the Victim’s contact, 15,000 won is paid.”
