A Imprisonment of eight months, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

However, as to Defendant A, this shall not apply.

1. No one shall arrange as a business to give or receive money, valuables or other property benefits from unspecified persons and to make sex intercourse in return for promising them to do so;

Nevertheless, from September 27, 2018 to December 14, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 50,000, and KRW 70,000 for 30 minutes from many unspecified male customers, who found an advertisement posted by the Defendant on the promotional site of the business site called “E”, and had female employees, such as F (G) employed by the Defendant, appear with the said customers, kis, and poss, and posss, and had them do a similar sexual intercourse, such as making the said customers kis and poss, and making them look back to and down against the sexual organ of the said customers with the right hand.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. Defendant B: (a) around December 9, 2018, from around December 14, 2018 to around December 14, 2018, and (b) around December 14, 2018, in arranging commercial sex acts as described in paragraph (1), Defendant B explained the service method and commercial sex acts to many unspecified customers who found out the place to help them engage in commercial sex acts; (c) notified the said customers in a smuggling after receiving commercial sex acts charges; and (d) provided the said female employees, such as the said F, to enter the room to have a similar sexual intercourse; and (e) made it easy to commit the act by means of telephone reservation.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the above A to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
