A. Transfer of ownership (1) under the name of the defendant of S real estate in the name of the defendant, S, on September 7, 2006, the title of each real estate listed in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant real estate”) to the defendant

B. Around April 13, 2006, prior to receiving the transfer of the ownership of the instant real estate from S, the Defendant issued the Defendant’s certificate of personal seal impression and blank delegations, and issued the Defendant’s certificate of personal seal impression and blank delegations around September 20, 2006, after receiving the transfer of the ownership of the said real estate.
(2) On September 18, 2006, S made a sales contract concerning the instant real estate, the seller, the buyer, and the sales price of which are KRW 1.7 billion, in the form of representing the Plaintiff and acting for the Defendant (hereinafter “instant sales contract”). On September 28, 2006, S made two copies of receipts totaling KRW 1.7 billion in the name of the Defendant (hereinafter “instant receipt”) on October 16, 2006.

The management Plaintiff, including the Plaintiff’s certificate of completion of registration, kept the registration certificate of the instant real estate, and managed the tax payment notice, notification of seizure, guidance of compensation plan, and notice of decision on commencement of compulsory execution of real estate from T, etc. by the Defendant’s visa.
