B. Around June 2016, Defendant Korea Electric Power Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) had Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”) conduct construction works for replacing transformers located near the instant restaurant destroyed by traffic accident. The employees of the Defendant Co., Ltd. commenced construction around 05:30 on June 24, 2016 and supplied all of them without any removal of electric equipment installed inside the instant restaurant. On June 24, 2016, at around 06:12, a fire was caused by electrical heat and flames (hereinafter “the instant fire”). Accordingly, the instant cafeteria, etc. was partially destroyed by the instant cafeteria, etc.

C. In accordance with the instant insurance contract, the Plaintiff paid KRW 30,00,000 as insurance money to E on October 14, 2016, and KRW 44,211,573 as of November 25, 2016, and KRW 8,094,852 as of December 20, 2017, respectively.
