1. The defendant's KRW 31,916,776 for the plaintiff and its 19% per annum from May 5, 2004 to December 28, 2004.

Reasons

1. On March 2, 2005, the Plaintiff filed a claim for reimbursement against the Defendant by Ulsan District Court Decision 2004Da36993, and received a favorable judgment against the Defendant that “the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 31,916,776 and the amount equivalent to 19% per annum from May 5, 2004 to December 28, 2004, and 20% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment.” The above judgment becomes final and conclusive on March 18, 2005, and becomes final and conclusive as of March 18, 2005, to interrupt the prescription of the above judgment claim.
