Punishment of the crime
On December 13, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol of 00:38%, the Defendant driven a vehicle with the highest alcohol at approximately 1 km in the front of the sports park located in the same 2158, from the street in the vicinity of the cafeteria-dong, Singu-si, Singu-si to the street of the sports park located in the same 2158.
