1. On March 23, 2016, at around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) sent a disturbance to the police box located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, to the effect that the Defendant had a cab engineer and fare trial expenses; and (b) obstructed the Defendant’s disturbance to the extent that the police officer of the said police box would have heard the disturbance to stop out and return back the disturbance, except in extenuating circumstances from the police officer of the said police box; (c) the police box of reinforced glass material, which is a building for public use, was dried up three times with the entrance door of the next entrance (a device installed on the glass entrance so as to close the door door hickly), and damaged it so that the repair expense amounting to KRW 80,000,00.

2. On May 8, 2017, at around 21:50, the Defendant: (a) considered the urine from the back seat of the taxi and damaged the utility of the said taxi by viewing the urine from the back seat of the taxi, who was on the part of the victim L (77 years old) while taking a bath for the victim while getting on the cab in the front of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City (77 years old); and (b) demanded the victim to leave the taxi.

On June 26, 2017, at around 11:40, the Defendant boarded the back seat of the P taxi driven by the victim O (49 years old) on the front side of Guro-gu Seoul N on the road, and around 11:55 of the same day, the Defendant abused the P taxi to receive a large amount of charge from the victim, on the front side of the P taxi operating on the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government roads.

I think, I assaulted the victim, such as the victim's humbb "this sark sar," by saring the head of the hump several times, and saring the victim's shoulder.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim who is a driver of a vehicle in operation.
