2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 16093, Jan. 1,

On March 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:30 on the road in front of the Gangnam apartment, which was located in 19, Gangnam-gu, Namyang-si; (b) on the road in front of the Defendant, C, along with his son D; (c) requested the police officer of the Namyang-gu Police Station E box belonging to the Namyang-gu Police Station E box, where she was carrying a horse patrol to assist him; and (d) boarded on the patrol vehicle; and (e) took the patrol vehicle; (e) took the vehicle; (e) took the vehicle on the patrol vehicle; (e) taken a sound direction of the patrol vehicle.

The Defendant was demanded by the F F Speaker to turn on the side, and committed assault, such as attaching the F's body to the front door of the patrol vehicle, and as a hand, being sealed by the two hand, the above F's body was sealed several times.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the protection of the people's body, life and property.
