Punishment of the crime
The defendant in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person driving B Lat car.
On November 28, 2012, the Defendant was driving the said car on the left-hand side of the Defendant’s driving of the said car, and was driving the pipe kid by the C (Nam, 48 years old) driving on the part of the victim C (Seoul, 48 years old)’s driving on the part of the Defendant’s driving on the left-hand side of the said car, while driving the pipe kid by the government kidg in a narrow distance.
