As to the instant case, “specific crimes” in the context of the application of the statutes applicable to the judgment rendered on November 8, 2013.

Reasons

Since there is an obvious clerical error in the written judgment, it shall be decided ex officio as per the order pursuant to Article 25(1) of the Regulations on Criminal Procedure.
