1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 332,821,940 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 10, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2-1, 2, and 3 of Gap evidence Nos. 2 and 2-3, the plaintiff engaged in ready-mixed manufacturing business, etc. is deemed to have failed to receive 332,821,940 won ( = issue amount of tax invoice issued as of June 25, 2015, = 142,786,270 won, which was issued as of July 25, 2015, with respect to the amount of tax invoices issued as of August 31, 2015, issued as of August 31, 2015, and the amount of 51,334,250 won, which was issued as of August 31, 2015, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff delay damages at the rate of 32,821,940 won due to unpaid ready-mixed and to the date of August 21, 2015.
