1. The defendant shall pay 455,255,686 won to the plaintiff jointly with the non-party B.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the defendant.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in the grounds for claims in attached Form;
(A) In the case of Non-Party B, the payment order is finalized against the Non-Party B, the “creditor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff”, and the “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Defendant” (Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
