Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.
, however, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On April 26, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) received KRW 80,00 from E, which had been employed as a customer at the business place of "D' of the Defendant's operation in Macheon-si on April 26, 2018, and caused F, an employee of the Chinese nationality (hereinafter referred to as "F," to engage in similar sexual intercourse in the manner of making the said E quickly scambling or scambling by hand, while allowing three female employees of Chinese nationality, including the above F, from July 2016 to April 26, 2018, to receive KRW 8 to 140,00 per time from customers, and caused such employee to engage in sexual intercourse in sexual intercourse in the same way as above.
(b) No person who violates the Immigration Control Act shall employ any person who has no status of sojourn eligible for employment activities;
Nevertheless, around April 10, 2018, the Defendant paid 1/2 of the price to the Chinese national F, who entered the country as a visa for short-term visits (C-3), and to the customers, and paid 1/2 of the price to the customers. From that time to February 26, 2018, the Defendant made the said F to have the customers drink.
Accordingly, the defendant employed the above F without the status of sojourn eligible for job-seeking activities.
2. Defendant B, at the same time, at the same place as the paragraph (a) of Article 1, and at the same time and place, Defendant B, despite being aware that the said F and other female employees knew of the fact that the said female employees provided similar sexual intercourses to customers, provided the service contents and prices to the customers who found the said business, provided them with guidance to the said employees, provided them with contact to the said employees, and provided them with the said employees, and delivered the remainder to the said employees.
