1. The debtor's amount of KRW 50,000,000 to the creditor and 5% per annum from June 3, 2015 to October 8, 2015.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. In accordance with Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the Regulations on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act), the interest rate on delay damages from October 1, 2015 to October 1, 2015 shall be 15% per annum.
