1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 25,011,840 and the interest rate thereon from July 22, 2016 to the date of full payment.
Reasons

However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'. 2. Judgment without the applicable provisions of law(Article 208(3)1 and Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act).
