1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 173,743,587 as well as 20% per annum from April 3, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
The plaintiff asserts as the cause of the claim of this case, and the defendant is deemed to have led to confession under Article 257 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 173,743,587 won of principal pursuant to the plaintiff's claim among the total amount of the above loans and card and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from April 3, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is obvious from the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking such payment shall be accepted for the reasons of the claim of this case
