The defendant was a designer who was a green Cross life insurance company.

1. On December 3, 2007, the Defendant obtained a total of KRW 5,090,000 through a total of four occasions as shown in the annexed Table, such as taking over KRW 1,140,000 from the Agricultural Cooperative (D) in the name of the victim, and taking over KRW 1,140,000 from the victim company to the Agricultural Cooperative (D) account in the name of B, with the aim of obtaining the insurance (securities number C) in the name of B (securities number) that was subscribed to the victim Green Cross Life Insurance Co., Ltd. as collateral for the purpose of obtaining the terms and conditions loan as collateral.

2. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;

A. On July 8, 2008, the Defendant entered “B” and “F” in the contractor column of the written subscription for insurance contract (securities number E) with a view to raising the result of the purchase of the insurance in the non-permanent and non-permanent area, and forged a private document after entering the private document in the signature column, and then submit it to the employee in charge of being aware of the fact to the Green Cross Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., in the former So-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government at the same time;

B. On March 9, 2009, the Defendant appears to have written indictment of the foregoing paragraph “(d)” in a non-permanent area where the time is unknown, which appears to be a clerical error in the paragraph(a).

For the purpose of cancelling insurance covered as above, “B”, “G”, “B”, and “Handphone” were written in the column for signature of the recipient of “a receipt” in the resident registration number column, “G”, and “I” in the signature column, and forged a private document in the signature column, and then submitted it to an employee in charge of being aware of the fact to the Green Cross Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., in the former So-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
