The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. On July 15, 2016, around 19:34, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against the victim in the victim B (34 tax) who crosses the road without permission on the road north of the 54-dong, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; and (b) committed an assault against the victim in the victim’s head debt.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable legal provisions: Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.
(c) Submission of a written agreement to the effect that the victim would express his/her wish to punish him/her on August 2, 2016, which was subsequent to prosecution;
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
