B From December 31, 2012, the victim T (Nam, 46 years of age) and V funeral hall located in Busan, U.S., and invested 300 million won in order to operate the funeral hall. Since January 2013, the victim demanded from around January 2013 that the victim be 30% of the share of the above funeral hall. However, the victim was dissatisfied with the failure to pay profits for the reason that the expenses incurred in the initial operation of the funeral hall did not bring profits to the victim, and on May 10, 2013, the defendant B transferred 30% of the share shares of the above funeral hall to A to exercise the right to exercise the right to the share of the above funeral hall. The defendants were willing to give notice of the share transfer to W, who is the owner of the above funeral hall, and then the defendants were willing to interfere with the victim's funeral hall business by force.

Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant I, Defendant J, Defendant K, Defendant K, Defendant M, Defendant M, Defendant N, DefendantO, and Defendant P demanded the victim to continuously change the profits of the V funeral hall. However, the victim did not comply with this, the victim mobilized a large number of men and forcedly occupied the V funeral hall and forced Defendant J and Defendant M to interfere with the victim’s funeral hall business by controlling access to the funeral hall business.

On June 24, 2013, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint building intrusion) entered into the fifth funeral hall operated by the victim T located in Busan Geum-gu, with the aim of obstructing the victim’s funeral home business, and entered the center of the funeral home without permission from the opening door to the funeral home on June 24, 2013, along with X,Y, Z, AAB, AC, AD, AE, AF, AG, AH, AI, and AJ.

Accordingly, the Defendants infringed on the above funeral hall jointly with the above X,Y, Z, AAB, AB, AC, AD, AE, AF, AG, AH, AI, and AJ.
