2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against I who is represented by the plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a management body under the Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings, which is composed of all sectional owners of a building A located in J (hereinafter “instant aggregate building”) in the form of Sungsung City, a management body under the Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings (hereinafter “Aggregate Buildings Act”).

B. The instant aggregate building consists of a total of 151 rooms, 114 sectional owners, and the total area of the aggregate building is 9,274.0 square meters.

C. On February 2019, Plaintiff Company I (hereinafter “I”), the representative of the Plaintiff, obtained a written consent on the appointment of management rules and manager (hereinafter “instant written consent”) from 100 persons (a total of 7,750 square meters of voting rights, etc.”) in total, which appears to have been delegated by the sectional owners or sectional owners of the instant aggregate building (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the sectional owners, etc.”), and manage the instant aggregate building in the status of the Plaintiff’s manager.
