When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

The defendant was elected as a candidate for C Forestry Cooperatives in the first election of the head of the 1st National East City Cooperatives, which was implemented on March 11, 2015.

1. No one shall visit the elector door to door, or have him gather at a specific place, for an election campaign;

Nevertheless, around February 2015, the Defendant found in the E-house of the forest union members C in the previous North Korea D, and told to the effect that “it was well asked as a candidate for the president of the forestry cooperative.” In addition, the Defendant neglected the total of six electors for election campaign, such as the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes.

2. Contributions;

(a) The head of the F Forestry Cooperatives Association shall not make contributions while in office;

Nevertheless, at around 18:30 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) found in the house of forest union members residing in North G, and provided F with one set of small gift gift tax amounting to KRW 100,000,000 in the market value.

B. At around 18:50 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) sought at the H’s house of forest union members residing in the former North Korea I; (b) provided H with one set of small gift tax, which is equivalent to KRW 100,000,000 in the market value, and provided H with an act of contribution.

C. At around 19:00 on April 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) discovered at the house of the JJ of forest union members residing in North KoreaK; and (b) provided J with a small gift gift set of at least KRW 100,000,000 for the market value.

Accordingly, the defendant provided three members of a forestry cooperative with three sets of small gift gift tax amounting to 300,000 won in total during his/her term of office.
