The portion dismissed: The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement Decree) was promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, which was amended to reduce the statutory interest rate from 20% per annum to 15% per annum.
According to this, 20% claim per annum of 20% is accepted as it is, so it is not possible to dismiss part of the claim.
