On December 1, 2017, the defendant and the LAB entered into a consulting contract with C in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D underground2 floors.

1. The Defendant shall submit a private document forgery to the KCAB to use in claiming tuition fees at the C office:

A. On October 2018, 2018, police officers conducted a PT class by using a color pen, despite the absence of the fact of conducting a PT class, they forged one copy of the private document in the name of E by stating “10/11”, “10 cc”, “E”, and “E” in the member signature column as shown in the attached list 1 of the crime sight.

B. On November 2018, 2018, the FF member’s PT contract included the same manner as “A” in the FF member’s PT contract as “B” and forged one copy of the F member’s private document in the same manner as attached Table 2.

C. Around December 2018, G member’s PT contract entered the same manner as “A” in the following crime list 3 and forged one copy of the private document in the name of G.

2. Exercising a falsified investigation document;

A. On October 2018, 2018, the Defendant issued a forged document, such as “1(a)” to a police officer C office, as if it were a document that was duly formed, and exercised as if it were a document that was duly formed. B. On November 1, 2018, the Defendant issued a forged document to a person in charge of the settlement of accounts who was aware of the forgery, such as “1-B”, at the lower police office, as if it were a document that was duly formed.

3. From October 2018 to November 2011, the Defendant, by deceiving a person in charge of the settlement of accounts in charge of the victim, by submitting forged documents, such as paragraphs 1-A, 1-b, and 2, at C Office, and by deceiving a person in charge of the settlement of accounts, he/she acquired KRW 810,410,00 in total, including KRW 476,645, Oct. 476, 2018, and KRW 33,765, Nov. 33, 2018.
