손해배상(기)
1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 1,334,90,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from November 1, 2012 to June 9, 2015.
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act (in a case where the applicable provisions of Acts are deemed to exist);
3. Some dismissed parts of the Plaintiff seek payment of damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery of a duplicate of the instant complaint to the day of complete payment. However, since the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings were wholly amended on September 25, 2015, and the statutory interest rate was changed to 15% per annum, the part exceeding 15% per annum out of the Plaintiff’s damages
