1. The Defendant’s KRW 63,50,000 and the Plaintiff’s 15% per annum from May 4, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and the following.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Of partial dismissal damages, only the portion seeking payment of money calculated by applying 12% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019 with the interest rate from June 1, 2019 to the date of full payment, and the excess portion is dismissed.
