[Criminal Facts of Crimes] On August 12, 2020, the Defendant driven a e-mail car at B (JEP) on August 12, 2020, and went into the d-section at the e-mail of the city of Jeju, depending on the e-mail as one-lane, and led to a traffic accident corresponding to the front part of the vehicle of the E (63 years old) driving, which was driven in the opposite direction due to the negligence of driving the central line, while driving at the e-mail beach at the e-mail of the city at the city of Jeju.
