The judgment below

Examining the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court, which maintained the reasoning of the lower court, in light of the evidence, it is justifiable to maintain the first instance judgment that the lower court found the Defendant guilty of the instant facts charged on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles regarding the requirements for recognizing the criminal time of the facts charged as somewhat different

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
